Professional Qualifications

I have an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling which I gained from the Farnborough College of Technology in July 2006. I have also have a Certificate in Counselling Skills January 2004 and Certificate in Counselling Studies July 2004 also from Farnborough College of Technology.

I have qualified as a Hypnotherapist, with a Diploma with the Surrey College of Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy, in October 2008. I am a Member of the British Counselling and Psychotherapy association and adhere to and comply with their Ethical Principles.

Areas of Specialism

I work with individuals both adult and adolescents. I have a private practice, as well as being employed as a School Counsellor and also I work for a Rape and Sexual Abuse Crisis Centre as a counsellor. The work I do with my clients is varied and is tailored to address the individual and the issues they bring.

Personal Approach

My approach is Integrative.
This means that my practice is informed by many different theoretical models, and I will draw on these to tailor my work to the client and issues that they present with and wish to address.
