I am an experienced counsellor, hypnotherapist and counselling supervisor in Fleet, near Farnborough, Hampshire, and I have been in practice for well over a decade. Counselling supervisor
If you're looking for counselling supervision, feel free to call me. As a counselling supervisor, I offer integrative individual supervision to other counsellors. I also offer reduced rates for counselling students when undertaking their own personal therapy to meet course requirements.
I am an accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy Accredited MBACP(Accred). I am committed to providing counselling in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.
Hypnotherapist
As a hypnotherapist I am registered with the NCH and abide by their code of ethics.
My specialisation and approach
I work with both adults and adolescents. I have a private practice, and have worked for a rape and sexual abuse crisis centre as a counsellor. The work I do with my clients is varied and is tailored to the individual and addresses their specific issues. I can deal with various kinds of problems such as stress, low self-esteem, relationships, panic attacks, anxiety, bereavement, trauma, abuse, rape, childhood and domestic abuse, depression issues, and EMDR trauma related issues.
My approach is integrative. This means that my practice is informed by many different theoretical models, and I will refer to these to tailor my work as per my client's needs. Get in touch with me to discuss your requirements.

EMDR trained practitioner (Nov 2022) and currently working towards accreditation - with EMDR association UK.

I am qualified as a counselling supervisor, having passed the Surrey Counselling Training's Diploma for Post Graduate Counselling Supervision
